Business research may be referred to as the quest for ideas of business to examine it to handle the firm better. This research may consist of feedback from consumer, competitive analysis, financial data, and product research. Managers are assisted to understand the firm in a better way. Financial data consist of qualitative information like reports of cost, revenues, report of sales to look at the areas by which money is made and the areas which cost money. The unnecessary cost incurred by the business can be removed by doing this kind of research and more can be invested in areas that are more profitable.
